Email Appending

Client records for appending should contain the following fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Street Address
  • City, State and Zip Code

Rumbline will match the records from your customer's file to existing email addresses for that record.  When a match has been confirmed, the email address will be appended the file.

Permission and Email Verification
Rumbline broadcasts an initial permission pass to the appended customer records. After completion of this initial broadcast, we will separate any undeliverable matched records and records where the customer has requested to be removed

Upon the completion of the permission pass step, we will return the original file, along with the email addresses for the records that were successfully appended to the client.

This entire process takes less than seven business days.

Failed Address Replacement
Should any confirmed email addresses contain permanent failures -- such as addresses that cannot be sent to because it is incorrect or no longer valid -- Rumbline will replace these addresses at no cost to the client.
